
Terms of service
If you access and use our website, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below.
Classes
Please arrive at least 10mins before the class is scheduled to start.
If you arrive after the class start time we reserve the right to refuse you access to the class and to give your place to another student.
Waiting list for classes – only available in-studio – first come first served.
Cancellations
Classes can be cancelled up to 24hrs hour before the start time – this can be done either through your account/the booking system or by getting in touch with the studio directly. The class pass will them be re-credited to your account. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class start time then you will lose your class credit.
Class Passes/Drop-In
Class passes/Drop-in are non transferable.
Class passes are valid for 2 months from the date they are first used.
Class passes need to be booked by the purchaser only, but can be used for multiple attendee’s.
Class passes are valid for regular classes only and cannot be used towards workshops.
Class Passes are non-refundable and may not be extended.
10% off for Students* and Seniors for Drop-in / Single Sessions only.
*On presentation of a valid student ID
Unlimited Memberships
Unlimited Memberships are to be paid upfront and in full at the time of booking.
Unlimited Memberships are non-transferable and booking for the named membership holder only.
No-shows will result in a fixed fee of £10.00 (single session fee). See cancellations policy.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
You must arrive on time for the session you have booked. We have 30 minutes between most classes to give you ample time to check-in, change and get settled.
If you have booked a class and do not arrive on time, you risk losing your space to someone on the waitlist.
If you are late (within 5 mins of the start of class) and the class is not full, you may still be admitted to practise. If the class is full, you will be turned away. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be admitted regardless of whether it is full or not. You will not receive a refund.
In the Practice area
Studio mats can be used, or you can bring your own mat. You must wipe-clean the studio mat after use. Spray bottles and wiping cloths are provided.
LOST & FOUND
All students are responsible for their own belongings. All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’. Please contact reception if you think you might have left something at the studio. Items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to charity.
One-To-One Sessions
If you are ever unable to attend please give us plenty of notice so that we can reschedule.
We require full payment for one-to-one classes in advance
If you cancel your one-to-one with less than 24 hours notice then you will lose your class credit
If you cancel up to 24 hours before the session then we can reschedule your class.
We cannot offer refunds for one-to-one classes.
Workshops
A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date of the event. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from the initial payment. We do not issue refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days unless a doctor has stated that you cannot attend the event and provided a note.
Studio credit or a full refund will be issued if: (a) A workshop is sold out and there is a waiting list. (b) The workshop is cancelled by the studio.
If you would like to transfer your reservation to another client, you should email us to update the records at least 48 hours before the event and make sure they sign the liability waiver.
Sol•Seek reserves the right to cancel the event or workshop at any time. If the event or workshop is cancelled prior to the starting date, it may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new course or workshop, 100% refunds will be made, or the option of being transferred to another workshop or course of equal value.
Sol•Seek is not responsible for any costs, such as transportation, accommodation or any additional loss.
Studio Hire
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
The full rental amount must be paid 28 days before your booking date.
Cancellations made three full months before date booked receive payments back in full less a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations within 3 months of the event cannot be refunded, but we can transfer your booking to another suitable date.
Retreats
A deposit (per person, per retreat) must be made to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made up to one month before the retreat begins. See each retreat page for full details
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable
If you cancel up to 3 months before the retreat start date, we will refund any payment you have made in excess of the deposit.
If you cancel within 3 months of the retreat start date, we are unable to give a refund for any payments.
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing . The date that we receive your email will be the date that we calculate your refund.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for refunding any other costs incurred, i.e. your travel. We also cannot offer you a refund once the retreat has begun.
Liability
All information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of going to press. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, some details of each retreat may differ to the description. We reserve the right to make any changes to our retreat programme at any time. We will always try to make alternative arrangements to the best of our ability, but if these are not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel. Sol•Seek do our upmost to provide retreats which are safe and supportive to all guests. However, it is the responsibility of each guest to look after their own safety as Sol•Seek cannot be responsible for any injuries or illnesses which occur during, or after, our retreat. We also cannot be responsible for any delays you occur during your travel, any loss or damage to your items and luggage.
Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure you have full travel insurance for the retreat you are attending. We recommend you insure your journey and your luggage, and have insurance which covers any additional activities you may plan to undertake whilst on retreat.

Seek our written permission if you would like to link to our website or copy our content in any way, shape or form. By supplying us with material via digital or a hard copy, you allow us unlimited, royalty-free use of its content.
Thoroughly read and comply with our Terms and Conditions set out within. Anyone infringing on the aforementioned terms could be excluded from the use of our website.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Sol•Seek committed to protecting your privacy. We do not rent/sell, disclose or distribute your information to any third parties.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Sol•Seek may ask for personal data from you in order to help us improve the services we offer. You are however, under no obligation to provide such data, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. Any further information we request is completely optional.
COOKIES
Like most other websites, Sol•Seek’s website may use Cookies, stored on your hard drive, to monitor your use of our website. Once you have closed your browser, we do not use the information these cookies collect.
