Pilates
This general level pilates class is designed to improve the strength in your entire body with emphasis on the deep core.
We will fire up the muscles that stabilise the pelvis & lower back therefore improving your posture and the happiness of your joints.
The class will also challenge your balance and mobility leaving you feeling energised, lengthened & connected to your body.

Grounding Flow
A soulful Slow Vinyasa for calm, connection, and quiet strength.
Root down, breathe deeply, and let movement melt the day away. This class offers a steady, nurturing flow to help you ground your energy and rediscover your inner glow - the perfect Monday ritual to begin your week with presence.
Suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.

Sunrise Flow
An awakening, vinyasa based flow designed to stretch out and open up your body, energising you for the day ahead. Watch the sun rise and the sky become lighter over the Carrick Roads from your mat whilst you practice.
Suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
Due to the early start of this class, bookings will close at 9pm the night before.

Yin
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods, typically between 1 - 5 minutes. Unlike more dynamic yoga practices, Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than focusing primarily on muscles.
This practice aims to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Beginner friendly & all levels are welcome.

Golden Yogis
Golden Yogi’s is specifically designed for seniors 55+, who are looking to begin or grow a yoga practice in a group of like-minded and like-aged students.
The class will move slowly and gently, with modifications & chairs available to make the practice accessible, fun and safe for older bodies or bodies with physical limitations. It’s also a great way to connect with others and make new friends.

Calm Evening Yoga
A calming evening practise for all levels; blending classical yoga postures with conscious breath.
Move through your practise gaining a deeper understanding of alignment and technique as practised from the Ashtanga Lineage of yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga
A class that allows the mom-to-be to gently and safely support her changing body, while simultaneously lifting her mind and spirit. A series of postures, relaxation techniques and breath work is practiced in preparation for the birthing event, helping her to feel empowered. Each class also offers an opportunity to connect with other pregnant women in a nurturing environment.

YOGA FOR WINTER REST
Join Fran for these twice-monthly yoga sessions devoted to deep rest and restoration.
As we move into the darker months, these classes invite you to slow down, turn inward, and replenish your energy for the seasons ahead. Each session blends restorative or yin yoga with meditation practices such as yoga nidra or shamanic journeying, supporting energetic balance.
Fran creates a nurturing sanctuary for rest and renewal, sometimes weaving in the gentle, healing energy of reiki.

Mums & Little Sols
A block of 5 gentle, nurturing classes to help you find your way back to yourself while building a deeper connection with your little one. Through soft, flowing movement and mindful breath, you’ll gently restore strength, ease tension, and rediscover your body’s rhythm after birth.
Each session includes nourishing yoga for mums, playful bonding moments for babies, and a calming space to simply be - together.
Open to newborns up until crawling. Recommended following your 8-week GP check up.

This joyful class welcomes little ones (crawling to preschool age) and their carers to explore yoga through play. Expect songs, movement, breath awareness, and family-friendly meditation - all designed to build connection, confidence, and community.
