The Wellness Room Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy

100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatments not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. We can not refill these appointments with short notice.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or a Force Majeure Event, we need to cancel your booking, you acknowledge that we may need to reschedule the date and/or time of your Booking. Where we need to reschedule your Booking, we will notify you at our earliest convenience and we will reschedule your Booking to a mutually agreed time.

Spa Etiquette

The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. If you arrive early for your appointment and a session is in progress, please respect other guests rights to privacy and serenity. Take a seat, your therapist will be with you when they are finished their previous treament.

A full consultation must be completed prior to your first appointment and updated on each visit. Please notify your therapist of any health changes.

On The Day:

– Please arrive on time for your appointment, but only 5 minutes early is appreciated. There is a cafe next door if you arrive any earlier and fancy a tea while you wait.

– Please do not use a mobile phones during your treatment.

– Late arrival may result in shorted treatment time.

– Treatment payment in full on booking is required.

- We are fortunate to have Mylor Yacht Harbour car park right on our doorstep, however in the Summer months, especially during peak hours, it can get rather busy. If there is no parking available at the Harbour or up the valley, there is a car park 300m down the road at Coastland + Windsport.

– No smoking policy within or directly outside the spa.
